Vitalware Technical Style Dictionary
This dictionary is designed to help team members maintain a consistent voice across technical documents and to store technical style usage information specific to our company. Vitalware uses the online Microsoft Style Guide as our primary reference for technical style.
Using the Dictionary:
- Search for your term in the search bar. Search results include topics with your term as a title and topics in which your term is mentioned in the text.
- Expand each letter in the left navigation pane to see existing topics for that letter.
Important Note: Decisions about style for company technical documents should be made based on the following order of precedence:
- Utilize any Vitalware specific instructions found in this guide.
- Utilize instructions found in the Microsoft Style Guide for your topic. Many topics in this Vitalware guide are linked to the associated Microsoft Style Guide page.
- Email TechnicalWriters@vitalware.com with technical style questions or feedback.
